Located directly across the street from the Santa Monica Pier and beach, The Travelodge Santa Monica offers budget-minded travelers a scenic place to stay with central access to the most exciting attractions in Los Angeles. It is approximately ten miles from LAX. Right across the street you'll immediately recognize the famous Santa Monica Pier, with its amusement park and arcade, as the location where many popular movies and television shows are filmed (it's also a great place to go fishing). Just two blocks away, the 3rd Street Promenade and Santa Monica Place Mall feature one of the most popular shopping districts in Los Angeles--complete with street performers and great food. Just one mile down the coast is Venice Beach, where colorful and eclectic characters provide people-watchers with hours of delightful fun.
